11- Guava is valuable in the treatment of constipation. If you eat guava with seeds, it provides roughage to the diet and increases the frequency of bowel motions. Take one or two guava regularly.
12- A medium-sized pear should be taken with breakfast or after dinner will have the good effect and encourage the bowel movements.
13- Use of turmeric powder, coriander and cumin is very helpful in constipation cure because they make your food easy to digest.
